SkyRF® Drone Based CNS Measurements

Intersoft Electronics and Skyguide have developed SkyRF®, the drone-based CNS measurement service that addresses the challenges of CNS performance analysis and certification. SkyRF® can measure CNS system parameters in a single 10-minute flight, and can even combine the measurement of different CNS, e.g. ILS and DME. Traditional test flights cannot compete with the repeatability of SkyRF®’s pre-programmed trajectories. The drone complements existing ground measurements by reducing ground clutter as it flies at altitude.

While each regional entity has its own strengths, we all operate as one integrated network, sharing methods, tools, and expertise.

RASS® Product Catalogue

The Intersoft Electronics RASS® portfolio includes a wide range of instruments, tools and services to assist radar technicians and engineers in the complete quality assessment of Communication, Surveillance and Navigation systems. This portfolio ranges from basic equipment for daily maintenance, to specialized tools for a complete picture of the entire radar chain, to realtime display and monitoring tools.

Midlife Upgrade Projects

Midlife Upgrade projects address obsolescence and new requirements due to changing airspace environments. Intersoft Electronics has been performing MLU projects on a wide range of ASR and Long Range Radar systems, both civil and military, since the early 2000s. The modular Next Generation System Platform (NGSP®) with its patented processing algorithms is the technological core of each midlife upgrade. The Non-Rotating Array (NORA®) can complement any MLU with its most innovative radar antenna technologies.

CNS Services

Safe skies are a must. That’s why standards and regulations exist. Testing Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems for certification and compliance with those standards can be a costly and cumbersome obligation.
