PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Does contributing to successful project delivery and satisfied customers sound like something for you? Then you might be our new supporting Project Management Officer!
Your Role
As a Project Management Officer, you provide essential support to the project managers and take care of various administrative and organizational tasks. You provide support in project definition, resource allocation, monitoring, reporting and closure of projects. This includes maintaining and updating project schedules and reports, preparing and reviewing project documentation and contractual requirements for consistency and style, and assisting with communication between customers and internal teams. You also support the project managers in drawing up quotations, project files, and evaluations. In this role, you work closely with different departments within the organisation and maintain contact with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
- You build good customer relationships and ensure fluent communication
- You are a team player, but can also work alone
- You are flexible in drawing up plans and managing projects
- You work thoughtfully and in consultation to achieve the best result
