If any defects are identified during the inspection, the equipment will be subject to repair. All associated repair costs, including component expenses and labor charges, shall be invoiced to the Customer. The repaired device(s) will be returned only upon receipt by the Supplier of a valid repair purchase order.
* For approximately 30 years, Intersoft Electronics has been manufacturing radar test equipment under the RASS-S (Radar Analysis Support System for Sites) product line. Throughout this period, we have consistently delivered both high-quality products and dedicated customer support. A testament to this commitment is that several customers continue to operate RASS-S equipment that is more than 20 years old, which remains under maintenance contracts and undergoes annual recalibration.
However, due to increasing component obsolescence, it has become progressively more challenging to recalibrate, adjust, or repair these legacy devices.
Consequently, we can no longer guarantee our ability to repair or recalibrate the RVR183, RVR481, RVI299, LRU499, and RTG698 units to their original specifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
